The Daily Mail reports that "Fugitive, 31, who is wanted for murder in Brazil is arrested nearly 7,000 miles away among the rich and famous on MARTHA'S VINEYARD after illegally entering the US multiple times." We just need a few hundred more like him in Martha's Vineyard and we would probably see changes to our immigration policies.
