Something I watched yesterday evening that seems more up to date than even the news reports I am reading today. Note that it indicates that U.S. Special Forces were already involved in operations in northern Israel/southern Lebanon, and that the Naval carrier group was there to (a) prevent other nations from getting involved and (b) help protect against Hezbollah attacks from Lebanon.
