The judge in the Hunter Biden prosecution has agreed with the prosecutions request to dismiss the firearm charges against the President's son.

    I'm sure it's because of the judge's commitment to the Second Amendment.

      In most cases (unless it involves someone in the Trump administration) a judge won't block the prosecution from withdrawing a charge. This is another example of the DOJ running interference for "the big guy".
