The planet in question is TRAPPIST-1e and resides in the "Goldie Locks" zone of its star. According to the New York Post article, scientist believe that it could have a nitrogen rich atmosphere and liquid water, although further study will be needed to confirm whether it has an atmosphere.
I've made the prediction before that we will soon find life to be everywhere.
