Antifa Designated Domestic Terrorist Organization

Trump has signed an executive order designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization. Per the order:

“All relevant executive departments and agencies shall utilize all applicable authorities to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations – especially those involving terrorist actions — conducted by Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa, or for which Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa provided material support, including necessary investigatory and prosecutorial actions against those who fund such operations.” 

The key parts are the inclusion of anyone providing material support or funding its illegal operations. I'm not holding my breath though, since that would involve very important people that are, for all intents and purposes, above the law. We'll see most of the attention devoted to the "foot soldiers" on the ground.

At the same time, Open Society awarded $18 million to the Movement for Black Lives, a group that co-authored a radical guide that glorifies Hamas’s October 7 massacre and instructs activists in the use of false IDs, blockades, and economic disruption.
