The following video is about a recent attempted armed robbery in Los Angeles. The robbers hopped a fence and ran up toward the house. The owner of the house was apparently just about to open the front door to enter the home when one of the robbers ran up behind him and shoved a gun into the home owner's back. Big mistake for a couple of reasons: first, it telegraphed where the robber was standing; and, second, the erstwhile victim had a hot cup of tea in his hand which he promptly splashed onto the robber. That gave the victim an opportunity to draw his own firearm. Some shots were exchanged but the robbers fled into the night.
