Basically, as you will see in the bulletin and as explained in the video below, Sig is blaming the holsters: specifically, holsters designed to accommodate attached weapons lights as they leave more room around the trigger allowing a finger, bit of clothing, or other items to get inside the trigger guard and actuate the trigger. Probably another reason to not mount a weapon light on a concealed carry weapon.
