The Mr. Gunsngear channel is reporting that Dems have introduced a bill in Congress that would regulate air rifles and other similar items using a gas to discharge a pellet or slug. It appears to be aiming for those large enough to be used to hunt anything larger than a squirrel. Similar bills have also popped up in some state legislatures. Not sure how this passes the Heller test since pneumatic rifles have been around and used since the 16th Century.
