The Washington Free Beacon reports on how the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) censored speech in the lead up to the 2020 election which was apparently included the Agency taking notice of social media post that didn't fit the narrative, forwarding a complaint about the post to the social media company, and the company simply taking down the post--no notice of the government action, no opportunity to object or appeal the agency deciding it didn't like the post. It was all done in secret.
Deprivation of civil rights under the color of law is a felony, right?
ReplyDeleteI think there is a strong argument that these companies were acting as de facto agents of the state.
