One of the more amusing things over the past several days has been the reaction to the American Eagle brand advertisement featuring Sydney Sweeney. The advertisement plays on the homophone between "genes" and "jeans" by featuring Sweeney in the company's blue jeans, and stating that Sweeney had great jeans. If Sweeney had black or brown skin, the advertisement would not have been notable. But because Sweeney is white, Leftists have gone ballistic suggesting that the advertisement was some veiled Nazi reference (see, e.g., these articles from NPR and ABC News).
Most butt-hurt, however, have been jealous black and brown females, including Lizzo who posted an image of herself in blue jeans in, presumably, an attempt to mock the American Eagle advertisement.

I think we can all be glad that the Democrats did not win the election or else we would still be tasting the bile at the back of our throats.
But as if to underline her ignorance, the article reports that "Lizzo, a black, body-positive advocate, hit back by taking to the caption of her post, writing, 'My jeans are black…'" Well, her genes may be black, but her jeans are blue. And in the end, it is the inability of Leftists to understand the difference between "genes" and "jeans" that apparently drove the anger. Well, that and their irrational hatred of white people.

I think that is the least repulsive picture of Lizzo I have ever seen.
ReplyDeleteAnd blue eyed blondes are like 0.017% of the world population. You think as that small a minority libs (and Liz) would be celebrating. Oh wait, that's math, sorry.
ReplyDeleteHot girls sell stuff. Lizzo is not hot. Nor smart.
