    Brown’s and Columbia’s settlements with the Trump administration ban DEI programs for every group except Jewish students.

    Columbia’s settlement mandates that the school hire a Jewish student liaison to exclusively “support Jewish students” on campus while disallowing benefits to other students based on their “protected characteristics.”  

Per the post, Brown University will also be hosting a celebration of Jewish life, and both schools will allocating more resources for Jewish students, and will require students and staff to undergo annual or ongoing training on antisemitism, expand Judaic studies, and modify their curricula to be more supportive of Israel.
