Via an article at Yahoo, "Federal judge weighs severe limits on Trump's immigration enforcement in California," we learn that Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, a Biden appointee, is weighing an order that would limit how ICE arrests are made. The plaintiffs together with immigration rights groups and local governments, including the cities of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Culver, and West Hollywood, allege that "ICE is 'indiscriminately' arresting people with 'brown skin' at Home Depots, car washes, farms and more." They argue that ICE is making arrests without "reasonable suspicion" and have mistakenly detained American citizens. In other words, they are upset that ICE is going to where illegals congregate.
The name. Judge needs to be denaturalized and sent home.
