This video is about a 17th Century self-appointed "expert" in witch-finding that discovered that he could make a pretty good living going around to various English towns and detecting witches and witchcraft, after which the local authorities would make arrests and pursue the prosecutions. Eventually, more level headed authorities heard about this scam, started pointing out the flaws and his own illegal conduct, with the result that he eventually was pursued by communities he had scammed in an attempt to recover their money. You will probably recognize the similarity between the events recounted in this video and the various "DEI" and "Anti-Racism" experts and consultants of today who will (for a fee) detect systemic racism.
