Given this time of year, I thought I would point out a couple posts from Common Sense Homesteading on home remedies for coughs and congestion.
If you are not careful, congestion can turn into sinus infections. I like to use a nasal spray of colloidal silver. I used to have sinus infections as a yearly (or more often) problem, but this has worked very well for me in preventing such infections.
