Colin Noir warns that failure to control muzzle climb when shooting a forced reset trigger (FRT) leads to dangerous situations at the range, which may result in ranges banning FRTs or worse. If you go to about the 11 minute mark, he provides some instruction on controlling the weapon.
The second video is from Vickers Tactical on how to control a weapon when shooting full auto, which has application for shooting semi-auto, particularly when using an FRT.

I never hear these trainers mention the spinal column and a muscular/fascial basket is all that connects upper to lower. Zero abdominal muscular conditioning leads to spray and pray goyslop groupings. And, where is the sling??
ReplyDeleteEvery rifle should have a sling, eh? Drive a gun like you drive a car, especially the forward hand this trainer is reaching into the next county for. Move that forward hand back and inch or two, train your center, add a sling....go tier !
