Don't hold house parties at 6 a.m. on a Sunday. Per the report, "[a] woman was killed early Sunday after someone fired multiple gunshots into a vacation home in Boise’s West Bench neighborhood, according to police," with officers responding just before 6 a.m.
A large number of people were inside the home when police arrived, and officers initially did not know the identity or location of the suspect, according to Boise police. The area was secured, the home was evacuated and officers cleared the residence while interviewing witnesses.
Boise Fire Department crews and Ada County Paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but the woman died at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
Investigators said evidence indicates a party was taking place when an unidentified suspect drove by in a sedan and fired multiple shots at the home before leaving the area.
The home was being used as a short-term vacation rental at the time of the shooting, police said.
You're not going to tell me it was a "teen" that did the shooting, are you?
