The company is Varusteleka, in Finland. They carry military surplus and outdoor clothing and equipment. Shipping to the U.S. is currently only $9.99, which makes it a pretty good deal. I ordered a Russian-made load bearing vest (pictured above) from them last fall, and it took less than two weeks for the order to arrive.
