SCOTUS Lifts Stay On Texas Law

 Yesterday, Justice Alito had issued a one page order preventing Texas from enforcing a law allowing law enforcement to arrest illegal aliens. Today that changed with a divided court lifting the stay and allowing Texas to go ahead with its law while the matter wends its way through the courts.
