Within hours of the U.S. Supreme Court lifting a stay and allowing Texas authorities to start arresting illegal aliens under a new Texas law, the Fifth Circuit has blocked the law again. Which is unusual because the Fifth Circuit had originally allowed Texas to move ahead with arrests. And Mexico, of course, has stated that it will refuse to take any illegals sent back across the border by Texas authorities. It's time we start punishing Mexico for its role in enabling the flow of illegals.
