UK: 4 In 5 Jobs Go To Migrants

From The Telegraph (via Yahoo): "Migrants taking four in five new jobs." An excerpt:

The analysis by the Centre for Social Justice (CSJ) found that the number of jobs recorded through PAYE increased by about 3.7 million between 2014 and the end of 2025.

Just 734,000 of the increase was accounted for by British nationals taking the jobs. EU nationals represented a further 408,000, while the number of jobs held by non-EU nationals increased by around 2.5 million.

Furor? They Should Be Shouting Approval

From the Daily Mail: "Furore as Marine commander who liberated the Falklands says: Machine-gun the migrants' boats."

The commander who led the land operation to liberate the Falklands has triggered a furore by saying that boats carrying migrants across the Channel should be machine-gunned.

'I would shoot them,' Major-General Julian Thompson told a documentary about mass immigration to Britain.

The Home Office warned today that anyone taking the law into their own hands would face 'serious criminal consequences', while the Tories stressed that 'opening fire on migrant boats would be completely wrong'.

Why do the Tories believe it would be wrong? Because, as Thompson points out, "They come over here and rape our girls." And that's what the Tories want.

France's Protests--A Harbinger Of What Is To Come

The New York Post reports: "France’s insane student protests are really about a growing radical Muslim population that wants to get rid of democracy." From the article (bold added):

... The French wrote the script of political street theater. One revolution was enough for the English and the Americans, but the French tolerance for mass disturbance is as high as their cholesterol.

“What you’re doing is incredible,” Mélenchon said in an Oct. 6 message to the protestors.

Boyard, a k a Monsieur Non-Violence, was nothing if not faithful to this grand tradition when he led a mob of students at Paris-Est-Créteil University in singing France’s revolutionary marching song and national anthem, “La Marseillaise.”

But Boyard sang it surrounded by masked youths. And the flag he raised was not the red, white and bleu of le tricolore. It was the Palestinian flag.

These riots are not just about France’s schools. They are the latest battle between the French state and the “New French,” France’s rapidly growing, poorly assimilated and heavily Muslim population. The French call them “immigrants” even though many of them are French-born.

Long before Mayor Mamdani came to America and the DSA took out their student loans, the French saw the emergence of an Islamogauchiste (Islamo-leftist) alliance between the old radicals of the left and the angry youth of the banlieues, the peripheral housing estates.

The same strategy created the voter base of the ruling Labour Party in the UK. In September, the strategy swung Sweden’s national elections and Berlin’s mayoral elections to left-wing parties that cultivate ethnic bloc votes. It has reshaped the Democrats’ ground game in states such as New York and Michigan.

Mélenchon may be happy to see the schools burn, but he knows his electoral math. The Immigration and Demography Observatory, a French think tank, predicts that on current trends, French citizens with no immigrant parent or grandparent will become a minority around 2050.

Mélenchon, a 75-year-old ex-communist, is an old leftist but also a new immigrant. Born and raised in Morocco, he came to France in 1962, one among the millions who crossed the Mediterranean as Europe’s empires folded.

The reality is that the new Left is not going to wait for the white European stock to peacefully die off.

More:

In response to high school students’ demands, the Minister of National Education, Édouard Geffray, announced steps to improve coverage for absent teachers, including a plan to deploy 3,000 substitute teachers and extra resources for schools. Those announcements, however, did not quell the protest.

Several union organizations, including FSU, UNSA Éducation, CGT Éduc'action, FO, CFDT and SUD Éducation, are urging people to participate in the mobilization on October 13. Students and their families are invited to check their high school communications and the digital workspaces to learn about the possible closures or timetable changes.

The exact number of high schools closed in Paris and Île-de-France on Tuesday, October 13, is expected to become clearer as official announcements come in and the morning’s early tallies are updated.

France is heading toward another day of social unrest on October 17, as trade unions, student activists, “yellow vests” and other movements seek to unite to protest against dysfunctions in education and public sectors, in addition to the cost of living.

The campaign titled “Yellow Vests and Youth, Our Struggles Meet,” calls on students, workers, farmers, firefighters, teachers, healthcare workers, climate activists, and pensioners to join forces. Organizers want to turn separate protests over education, wages, fuel prices, and public services into a broader movement against austerity and declining purchasing power. The campaign’s appeal also criticizes rising household expenses and what it describes as an unfair distribution of wealth.

The General Confederation of Labour (CGT) has backed the high school and university protests, calling on its members to stand alongside young people during the October 13 mobilization. Its national leadership has also urged workers to organize workplace assemblies and build closer ties between student protesters and employees.

Communist Protests Spread In Europe

Like many of you, I've been trying to follow the news of the widening "student" protests in France. It was clear from the start that the protesters--or the vast majority of them--were not ethnically French. And, in fact, this video confirms that they are mostly second and third generation invaders migrants. But just as the leftists in the U.S. have determined that the path to power means aligning with Muslims, so seems to be the case with the French protests. In this article from Fox News--"Behind France's student riots: Communists, unions and a global propaganda network"--we see a similar strategy and some of the same names. An excerpt:

From France to the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Greece and India, adults with deep pockets are tapping France's school protests and turning a domestic education dispute into a platform for broader political and ideological confrontation. BreakThrough News is a pro-communist propaganda outlet based in New York City, funded by an American-born, Shanghai-based communist tech tycoon, Neville Roy Singham, who has financed a network of communist and far-left groups in the U.S. that have capitalized on grievances to stoke similar street unrest for almost a decade.

A Fox News Digital investigation traces how a movement that the media is mostly framing as students protesting deteriorating school conditions is actually part of an extensive infrastructure of unions, communist activists, far-left political parties and international media organizations that are organizing demonstrations, calling strikes, mobilizing supporters and broadcasting the unrest around the world with "BREAKING" alerts.

In a digital analysis of scores of news articles, social media posts and public statements, Fox News Digital has identified 50 organizations in the French student protest movement and its wider network of supporters and international amplifiers, revealing an activist ecosystem extending far beyond the students who launched the demonstrations.

Of the network of 50 groups, 15 are student or youth groups, including several communist youth movements and a Muslim student association.

The remaining 35 adult groups include a dozen labor unions; eight communist or socialist organizations; five groups spanning other issues from taxes to parental advocacy, environmental activism, economic justice, international media and diaspora organizing; five civil-rights or human-rights groups; four political parties, including La France Insoumise, or France Unbowed, and the French Communist Party; one Palestinian advocacy group that complete the "red-green" alliance of leftists with Muslims.

There is a reason that communism is also referred to as international socialism.  And not well this observation: "The result is a self-reinforcing cycle: far-left activist networks amplify protests around the world, then package the unrest as evidence of a growing global uprising." In any event, there is a lot more in the article, including further discussion of the ties to Muslim groups, so read the whole thing.

It appears that this protest movement is spreading, with violent protests having been staged in Belgium. Le Monde reports that "Brussels' riot police clash with protestors against backdrop of student protests," relating:

Hundreds of people faced off with riot police in the streets of Brussels on Friday, October 9, in chaotic scenes on the sidelines of a workers' march. Some 30,000 people turned out for a national day of action against government austerity measures, police said, with tensions running high after days of student protests.

Police said the main trade union rally in the city center went ahead peacefully but that "groups of troublemakers were responsible for serious incidents before and after the march." Officers deployed water cannon and tear gas after being targeted with sticks, bottles, paving stones and incendiary devices, police said.

Gangs of youths were playing cat-and-mouse with police in the streets around the main international rail hub at Gare du Midi in particular, lighting fires and vandalizing bus stops across the area. Two buses were attacked – their windows smashed and seats ripped out after the passengers were evacuated – while youths set fire to trash cans, rental bikes and scooters.

And Axios reports that there have been calls for similar protests across Europe, including in Greece, Italy, Ireland, and Austria, although the article disclaims any connection or organizing force behind the protests.

Import the Third World, Become the Third World--Ceuta Edition

The latest in the migrant invasion of the Spanish enclave of Ceuta is that Spain is in the process of removing the beach encampments housing many of the invaders. But unsurprisingly, the beach has been heavily fouled by the invaders:

Though the government was able to clear the nearby Benítez beach of a smaller migrant camp of around 250 last month within two days, the operation on Trampolín is likely to be more complicated, given the number of migrants and precautions needed to prevent the spread of disease.

Indeed, it was announced on Friday that the waters surrounding the beach were “contaminated” with E. coli, representing a health risk to those who come in contact with the water. The Ministry of Health said that samples taken during the last week of September found “very high concentrations of intestinal enterococci and Escherichia coli, clearly exceeding the established limits for coastal waters regarding bathing water quality management.”

This is believed to be as a result of the thousands of illegals using the water to bathe and wash their food dishes and utensils. There have previously been reports of migrants being infected with diseases such as tuberculosis, while health officials warned of infections breaking out as a result of migrants defecating on the beach.

This is in addition to an estimated 200 tons of waste and debris removed from the beach. And Gates of Vienna makes the following observation about that 200 tons:

The photo above shows police in the process of removing “migrants” from the camp on Trampolín Beach in Ceuta, the Spanish enclave/exclave on the coast of North Africa, ahead of next week’s planned visit by King Felipe VI. Notice that the poor wretched refugees aren’t clothed in rags, but in nice warm new-looking hoodies. Some of them are carrying backpacks, which are also new-looking. They all have cell phones. The tents they are being forced to abandon seem to be of good quality, with lots of extra bedding spread over them, also of good quality. If this were a true shantytown, all the shelters would be made of scrap wood, battered sheet tin, and cardboard, and their bedding would be tattered rags.

The operation at Ceuta is a well-financed invasion. Who paid for all that stuff?

Morocco supported the invaders, but did they pay for all this stuff? Or did the money come from the taxpayers of the nations being invaded?

The Riots In France: When You've Lost Rod Dreher...

There is an image going around the internet that shows a firefighter set on fire by the third world savages rioting in France:

Rod Dreher comments: "There will be war. My son is a firefighter. If that were happening to him, and the crowd sat around and watched, I would be their  mortal enemy." There is already war. Islam views the world as falling into two general areas:  Dar al-Islam (Abode of Islam), which are territories where Islamic law and sovereignty prevail and Muslims have the freedom to practice their religion; and Dar al-Harb (Abode of War) which are the territories under non-Muslim rule where Islamic law does not govern. There is also evidence that agitators associated with the far-left La France Insoumise (LFI) Party are encouraging the violence and destruction.

The reason that Dreher's comment stood out to me is because Dreher is a dyed-in-the-wool civic nationalist: that is, that the culture creates the people; so you only have to move someone from one culture into another and they will adapt and assimilate and become part of that new culture; and if they can't, their children certainly will. Or, to borrow a computer analogy, it is the idea that if you load Windows 11 on a TRS-80, it will be just like the latest HP OmniBook also running Windows 11.

These riots, and the many similar incidents across the West, demonstrate the failure of civic nationalism. Culture derives from a people, not the other way around. The students that are rioting are the children and grandchildren of immigrants and they still cannot act in a civilized manner. Returning to my computer analogy, you will never be able to run Windows 11 on a TRS-80--the hardware is too different--and you would be a fool for trying.

Student Riots In France

The Daily Mail reports that "'Student' riots rock France as masked men torch schools and douse teachers in petrol." The "students" pictured in the article appear to all be Middle-Eastern or African, not French. The article also notes: "The Left-wing mayor of Saint-Denis, Bally Bagayoko told protesters on Tuesday 'violence can be legitimate'." As you can guess from the mayor's name, he also is African. The article adds:

Speaking in Madrid yesterday, President Emmanuel Macron slammed hard-Left politicians he accused of 'legitimising violence' in the French school protests.

Mr Macron has since called a crisis meeting in Paris to deal with the spiralling unrest. French media reported that all ministerial trips have been cancelled until the beginning of next week, in light of the heightened security situation.

Interior minister Laurent Nunez slammed the 'targeting of law enforcement officers, the throwing of projectiles, acts of violence, verbal abuse, attempted arson, and what amounts... to urban violence'.

Bomb Plot Against UK Airbase Foiled By Observant Farmer

Sunday saw the arrest of five terrorists suspected of attempting to carry out a bombing at Royal Air Force Fairford in Gloucestershire, Southwest England, used by the US Air Force for its strikes on Iran. Three vans filled with chemicals and possible explosive devices were found.

The five suspects are being held on suspicion of possessing explosives, with MI5 assisting counter-terror police.

Iranian agents are likely to have been directly involved in the suspected plot themselves, rather than operating through proxies, sources familiar with the investigation told the Telegraph.

But there may have been more than just the five. From the Daily Mail:

A hero farmer has revealed how she came face to face with five suspected terrorists and helped foil a major terror attack on an RAF base in the dead of night.

Driving home from a party in the early hours of yesterday morning, she was shocked to see three large white vans blocking a road close to RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire.

Her arrival reportedly sent a group of men in balaclavas fleeing into nearby trees and across fields surrounding the base, which was recently used by US aircraft involved in strikes on Iran.

[snip]

The farmer, who has not been named, called 999 and within 25 minutes the five suspects had been rounded up and arrested by armed counter-terrorism officers who are now probing whether the plot is linked to Iran.

The 'Middle Eastern-looking, masked' men were later filmed shirtless amid reports they may have been on a suicide mission armed with explosive vests aimed at destroying a fleet of US B-1 Lancer bombers based at Fairford.

Worryingly, the farmer claimed she had seen more suspects than the five arrested at the scene.

'They probably thought we were the police and panicked,' she said last night.

The farmers suspicions were first aroused because the logos and phone numbers on the trucks were fake. The vans were intended to mimic those of a company whose logo was "Fuel2U" with an arrow, in green and blue lettering, but the terrorists' van said "Fuel 2You" with red lettering and no arrow. Also, the formatting of the numbers in the telephone numbers on the sides of the van were also wrong:

The UK uses a 533 or 56 format for mobile numbers (five numbers followed by a gap then six numbers, or a group of five followed by two groups of three), which would make the number read 07424 182 599 or 07424 182599. In any event, the number is out of service.

Some observers also spotted that the phone number underneath the fake name – 0742 418 2599 – was spaced in 434 format, which is predominantly used in Iran.

Perhaps the terrorists were educated at the Quality Learing Center.

The 5th Generation Invasion Of Europe

Matt Bracken (h/t Vox Day) discusses "The 5th Generation Warfare Invasion of Europe." He begins by noting how the West is still fighting its enemies primarily using traditional mass warfare which rely on bases and supply points that are vulnerable to attacks from missiles and drones. But he suggests that Islam is doing something quite different:

On the other hand, France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom are being invaded by entire “divisions” of fighting-age men from hostile nations, many being driven and motivated by a religion based on violent conquest. (~10,000 troops = one division.)

But they are not assembling the way Western military thinkers are accustomed to seeing. There are no bases full of armed men in uniforms, marching with weapons and maneuvering in military vehicles, getting ready to board ships in North Africa or the Middle East.

No, the foreign future fighters are being infiltrated into Europe 10 or 100 at a time, “flying below the radar” of conventional military doctrine. Unseen and apparently unnoticed by European leaders. While Macron and Bernham discuss sending their own conventional military forces to Saudi Arabia, their own nations are being invaded.

The most difficult part of this 5th Gen invasion is transporting entire future brigades and divisions of men, without rousing local fear and anger to the boiling point. Not only must the invasion force be transported across Europe to the English Channel, then provided with dinghies so they can be “rescued” by the traitorous RNLI, they must be continuously fed and housed in former hotels and on military bases. This “troop deployment” is being done in plain sight, finally raising considerable local resentment and resistance.

But make no mistake, when the time is right, probably when nationalist anger results in politicians being elected who are serious about forced “remigration” on a massive scale, then their guns will come out. Compared to transporting, housing and feeding tens of thousands of fighting-age men, arming them will trivial. 2,000 AK-47s will fit in a 20-foot container that can roll down any street on a tip-off truck to be delivered and stored anywhere. Unlike 2,000 men, these containers can sit patiently for years.

When the time comes, the men won’t need military training. Many already have combat experiences in their own wars, and in any event, a man with an IQ above 80 can be shown how to load and fire an AK-47 in a matter of minutes. Their accuracy won’t matter, not at close range against helpless unarmed victims.

Bands armed with such weapons, in nations with unarmed populations, will rampage like rabid wolves among tame sheep. Local police and even militaries will be overwhelmed. These armed bands will be able to commandeer cars and buses at will for transportation. Who will stop them?

When that day arrives, it will be bloody, but it may not be as clear cut as Bracken suggests.

In 2012, J.D. Tuccille published an article at Reason Magazine entitled, "Gun Restrictions Have Always Bred Defiance, Black Markets." The point of the article was how ridiculous, yet ineffectual, were New York's restrictions on people legally obtaining firearms. But he also noted this:

In fact, New York City's situation with guns is mirrored in Europe, where countries with tight restrictions also find themselves awash in illegal firearms without any clear parallels for the relatively liberal laws of Virginia or South Carolina to blame. According to the Small Arms Survey (PDF) at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland:

Contrary to widely-accepted national myths, public gun ownership is commonplace in most European states. It may appear to some outside observers—especially Americans—that Europeans have blindly surrendered their gun rights (Heston, 2002). The reality is that the citizens of most European countries are better armed than they realize. …

Regulations tightly control gun ownership in only a few European countries like the Netherlands, Poland, and the United Kingdom. In much of the rest of the continent, public officials readily admit that unlicensed owners and unregistered guns greatly outnumber legal ones. …

"Greatly outnumber?" Just how greatly?

Well, says the Small Arms Survey, a research outfit established by the Swiss government, the United Kingdom, with just shy of 1.8 million legal firearms, has about four million illegal guns. Belgium, with about 458,000 legal firearms, has roughly two million illegal guns. In Germany, the number is 7.2 million legal guns and between 17 and 20 million off-the-books examples of things that go "bang" (a figure with which the German Police Union very publicly agrees). France, says the Survey, has 15-17 million unlawful firearms in a nation where 2.8 million weapons are held in compliance with the law.

Even those numbers may understate the case. While the 2003 Small Arms Survey report put the number of legal guns in Greece at 805,000 and illegal guns at 350,000, just two years later, the Greek government itself nudged those figures up, just a tad, to one million legal guns and 1.5 million illegal ones.

So New Yorkers aren't alone in being armed to the teeth outside the law.

It's not that governments haven't tried to grab those guns. One government after another has implemented schemes for registration, licensing, and even confiscation. But those programs have met with … less than universal respect.

In a white paper on the results of gun control efforts around the world, Gun Control and the Reduction of the Number of Arms, Franz Csaszar, a professor of criminology at the University of Vienna, Austria, wrote, "non-compliance with harsher gun laws is a common event."

Dr. Csaszar estimates compliance with Australia's 1996 ban on self-loading rifles and pump-action shotguns at 20 percent.

And even that underwhelming estimate gives the authorities the benefit of the doubt. Three years after Australia's controversial ban was implemented, when 643,000 weapons had been surrendered, Inspector John McCoomb, the head of the state of Queensland's Weapons Licensing Branch, told The Sunday Mail, "About 800,000 (semi-automatic and automatic) SKK and SKS weapons came in from China back in the 1980s as part of a trade deal between the Australian and Chinese governments. And it was estimated that there were 1.2 million semi-automatic Ruger 10/22s in the country. That's about 2 million firearms of just two types in the country."

Do the math. Two million illegal firearms of just two types, and only 643,000 guns of all types were surrendered …

Tolkien wrote that "evil will oft evil mar" and it may prove the case here. Right now, the Muslims are on track to replace the Europeans by dint of out reproducing them. But if the Muslims were to actually take up arms as suggested by Bracken, that would result in an immediate and probably violent backlash--a type of "The Beginnings," for those familiar with Kipling's poem. The powers that be don't want that because it would upset their grift. But it is likely necessary for the European peoples to survive.

More On Possible Threat To Estonia

Another article from PJ Media on Estonia and Russia: "Will the U.S. Send Troops to Die for Estonia? Putin Doesn't Think So." A few points from the article:

It's eerie how Putin appears to be rerunning Adolf Hitler's playbook of bombast, bluff, probe, and testing the adversary before unleashing his armies. Like Hitler, he has spent years conducting a "shadow war" or hybrid/gray-zone warfare to weaken NATO's resolve. This has included directing arson attacks against warehouses, defense production plants, and logistics hubs servicing supply chains to Ukraine across Poland, Germany, Britain, and the Baltics, as well as the physical disruption, arson, and signal tampering along critical transport corridors, such as Polish rail lines transporting aid and civilian traffic. Russia is also suspected of severing undersea cables and sabotaging underwater pipelines.

There have been Russian airspace violations of Poland, Lithuania, and Romania. There have been strategic overflights, "accidental" missile or drone crashes near border areas, and fighter jet incursions testing NATO air-defense response times. NATO's feeble responses have emboldened Putin to the point that he now appears ready to stage the ultimate test in the alliance's 80 years.

Putin now has 100,000 troops massed on Estonia's border and will attempt to call up another 300,000 reservists. Putin has manufactured a crisis about "ethnic Russians" being oppressed in the border city of Narva. He wants Estonia "to grant regional autonomy to the “Narva People’s Republic” — a breakaway statelet purportedly declared by Estonia’s Russian minority, but which in reality has been invented by the Kremlin, then mercilessly promoted on social media," writes UnHerd's Michael Kranz.

[snip]

Like any good performer, Vladimir Putin has read the room and already knows NATO's response. Donald Trump is not going to ask American boys to die for Estonia, no more than he asked American boys to die for Ukraine. He will not send troops to defend Poland, Lithuania, Romania, or any European country, seeing the defense of Europe as a European matter.

Although the U.S. is looking at pulling 25,000 troops from Western Europe, I suspect that Putin may have misread the room. It is notable that Lithuinia is receiving a new rotation of American troops--an armored battalion, so not a huge number--but not nothing. Nevertheless, the Russian threat is likely more nuanced than a full-out invasion of the whole country. Rather, as Stars & Stripes, reports, "Russia could test NATO’s bedrock collective defense pledge by sending a small number of troops to seize a sliver of Estonia, forcing allies to decide whether they want to risk taking it back, a new assessment says."

The aim would be “breaking the alliance by causing it to fail to activate and act appropriately on its Article 5 commitments,” the Institute for the Study of War said in an analysis published Monday.

According to NATO’s founding charter, an attack on one member country is considered an attack on all of them. Invoking Article 5 is designed to trigger a collective military response by the other 31 countries in the bloc on behalf of the one under attack.

“A number of NATO states will likely be very hesitant to invoke Article 5 over a limited incursion, fearing the consequences of appearing to launch the alliance into a full-scale war with Russia,” the report said.

Such an operation around the Estonian border city of Narva could unfold without the major buildup that NATO might expect before an invasion, according to the Washington-based think tank.

Instead, Russia could position drone units inside its own territory while operatives seized key locations in Narva and declared a breakaway enclave.

World War III?

With Russia's conflict in Ukraine still dragging on with no end in sight, there are signs that Russia might consider taking parts of Estonia soon. From "Who Had 'World War III Starting in Estonia' on Their 2026 Bingo Card?" at PJ Media:

Which brings us to today's news and Estonia, nicely summarized on X by Eric S. Raymond.

"There are intelligence reports that Russia has been building hospital facilities" on the Estonia border, while "Russian border guards have been spotted shoring up the banks of the Narva River in exactly the way you would expect if you thought they were going to throw expedient military bridges across it."

"Russian border guards have also removed a set of buoys in the river marking the Russian-Estonian border, sparking a formal protest from the Estonian government," Eric added, literally muddying the waters between the two countries.

But here's where it gets truly disturbing: "The city of Narva, Estonia, sits at the Russian border, on the Narva river, opposite the zone where the Russians have declared a curfew for its inhabitants and a no-go zone for people who don't already live there."

Narva is 87% ethnic Russian, a result of Russian colonization efforts in the Baltics, both during the Czarist and Soviet era. "Putin has claimed the right to intervene militarily to protect 'oppressed' ethnic Russians in the near abroad," Eric posted. "The invasion and annexation of Crimea [in 2014] was justified on these grounds."

I don't believe Putin would be doing this unless he believes that the U.S. blew its wad, so to speak, on Iran and would not be in a position to defend Estonia--which is a member of NATO--and is convinced that Europe would be incapable of defending or retaking Estonia. A paper from the Atlantic Council in February 2026, "Putin’s next move? Five Russian attack scenarios Europe must prepare for," similarly observes (footnotes omitted):

The accession of Sweden and Finland as NATO’s newest members has fundamentally altered Russia’s security calculations in the Baltic and Nordic region. Should the war in Ukraine evolve into a prolonged frozen conflict, Russia will rearm its military in pursuit of Vladimir Putin’s imperial ambitions. He will seek opportunities to rebuild Russian prestige and recover former or disputed territories, improve Russia’s strategic posture, and test NATO’s resolve in Article 5 scenarios in which he assesses the chance of a robust Alliance response is low, or the chances of success at acceptable cost are high. As one expert notes, “Russia wants to expand its military and political opportunities in the face of the West and considers a direct clash with the West highly probable, if not unavoidable.”

The potential rewards for continued and successful Russian aggression in Europe include enhanced prestige for Putin’s regime, an improved geostrategic position along Russia’s periphery, delivery of a damaging and perhaps fatal blow to NATO, and the severing of the transatlantic link—all of which are powerful incentives. ....

In the case of most European countries, Putin's assessment is probably correct. In fact, a lot of British men are saying they would not even be willing to fight to defend the U.K. (watch this Asmongold TV video), echoing what a 100 year old British WWII veteran said last year when he stated on British national TV that the sacrifice of him and his comrades and WWII was not worth it. That is the consequence when you import so many third world invaders that social capital collapses.

The country that should give Putin pause is Poland. Not only does Poland have greater military capabilities than Ukraine, but considerable public support for protecting Baltic allies--78% of Poles would support military action to protect the Baltic states from Russia according to a recent poll.

Ceuta In The News Again

From the Daily Mail: "Ceuta overrun: Thousands of migrants charge through streets of Spanish enclave as police attempt to move them to official tent camp." From the article:

Spanish police today began relocating the migrants, who have been living for weeks on the beach in Ceuta, to its port area.

In the move officers struggled to contain the crowds jostling to secure a spot at the new tented site. Authorities say there are enough tents for 1,700 people.

Video footage shows people charging through the streets towards the new camp, cheering and shouting.

According to local reports, the National Police and Riot Control Unit were forced to intervene, reportedly using tear gas to stop the chaos.

It comes after tens of thousands of migrants flooded across the border from Morocco in late July.

Although most returned, around 13,000 have remained, with many now sleeping rough on the territory's beaches.

The 13,000 figure is, itself, interesting. You might remember that in early August, authorities and the major media outlets were telling us that only between 3,000 and 5,000 remained. Then it crept up to between 5,000 and 7,000. And now it is 13,000. It tells me that the authorities and news media have been lying all along.

They Are Never Going To Assimulate

The Daily Mail reports that the Real Madrid (which I assume is a Spanish soccer team) insisted that its team members wear t-shirts bearing a message of solidarity with the people of Ceuta which, as you probably know, was recently invaded by tens of thousands of African "migrants". But three of the team members refused to wear the shirt: Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Junior and Ibrahima Konate--all blacks and all foreigners. Mbappe's explanation for refusing to wear the t-shirt was: "Because before I’m a player, I’m a human being. But I also wanted to make a gesture and spare a thought for all the immigrants who have lost their lives and who are also living in harsh conditions." In other words, he is fine with Ceuta being overrun by invaders because those invaders are his people.

The British Empire Continues Its Collapse

I've noted before that the British Empire has continued its collapse, with the latest sign being that "Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales leaders to meet tomorrow to plan breakup of UK: Report" according to First News.

First Ministers John Swinney of Scotland, Rhun ap Iowerth of Wales, and Michelle O’Neill of Northern Ireland are expected to sign a joint declaration demanding the right to hold referendums on breaking away from the UK. For the first time, the three constituent nations of the UK are held by pro-separation parties.

The Telegraph reported sources as saying that the summit's purpose is to pile more pressure on Prime Minister Andy Burnham after he said in the parliament on Wednesday that he would back another Scottish independence referendum if public opinion backed one.

[snip]

Ahead of the summit, Swinney said that Burnham was "facing up to the idea that he will go down in history as the final prime minister of the United Kingdom".

[snip]

After the statement in the parliament that the separatists latched on to, Burnham sought to set the record straight and wrote to Swinney to say that a referendum was off the table as long as he remained the prime minister.

Balaclava Ban Meets Burka

Just days after hundreds of people wearing balaclavas and dressed in black blocked roads in Portsmouth to prevent buses from leaving the port with illegal aliens being taken to asylum centers, the city council of Nottingham has banned the wearing of balaclavas or other face coverings.

Starting on Tuesday, Nottinghamshire Police said the new restrictions will allow police and council officers to require individuals to remove a face covering where their identity is concealed to commit crime or engage in anti-social behaviour.

Operating as part of a Public Spaces Protection Order, the powers include £70 on-the-spot fines, the confiscation of face coverings, and referrals to an Immediate Justice Programme requiring community work.

[snip]

Officials have stressed that the enforcement is not a blanket ban on face coverings, with officers targeting "crime, anti-social behaviour or intimidating conduct". Clear exemptions will protect individuals who wear face coverings for legitimate reasons, including religious, health, medical or work needs.

Anonymous Conservative notes, in response, an X-post from The British Patriot suggesting that, in response, patriots will resort to wearing burkas.

On a related note, the History Debunked YouTube channel discusses why the British people have been disarmed by their government.

They Knew And Did Nothing

From CBS News: "Spain's spy agency warned of Ceuta border breach before crisis, declassified files show." From the lede:

Spain's national intelligence agency issued multiple warnings before the Ceuta border crisis about a potential mass crossing of migrants from Morocco into the Spanish exclave in late July, according to declassified documents released by the government on Wednesday.

The trove of 40 documents, which includes alerts, intelligence reports, charts and communications from multiple law enforcement and intelligence agencies, appears to undermine what Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has said about the level of warning the government had before the sudden influx took place.

It adds:

A report from Spain's spy agency sent that day to Moroccan intelligence services warned of plans on social media for migrants to enter Ceuta on July 30 by climbing a border fence separating the exclave from Morocco, or by swimming around it, the documents show. It mentioned that migrants might take advantage of Morocco's national Throne Day, celebrated on July 30.

That same day, Spain's national intelligence agency issued similar warnings about "several groups on Facebook and WhatsApp encouraging these attempts" in messages to Spain's Civil Guard police force.

Once thousands of people were streaming across the border on July 30, a Defense Ministry intelligence report issued that day stated that Moroccan forces were passive and acted negligently to stop migrants.

Al Jazeera similarly reports:

The documents show that on July 29 – a day before more than 72,000 people began pouring into Ceuta from Morocco – Spain’s National Intelligence Center (CNI) sent an alert via WhatsApp to the Spanish government’s delegation in the city about calls on social media “for an assault on the fence and by sea tomorrow at 8 pm”.

“There are two different groups with a total of 180,000 followers,” the declassified message said, referencing social media groups, “just to give you an idea of its scale”.

On the same day, CNI also warned Moroccan intelligence agencies DGST and DGED of plans for migrants to enter Ceuta by climbing the border fence or swimming around it. The agency mentioned that the plans could take advantage of Morocco’s national Throne Day, celebrated on July 30.

Yet not only is PM Sanchez denying that there was prior warning, but he also denies that the Moroccan government had anything to do with the invasion despite a police intelligence report stating that Morocco was behind it. It is even more ridiculous of a stance given the evidence from the date of the rush of military age men into Ceuta. The Nation, for instance, relates:

The human wave that entered Ceuta, including the dozens who drowned trying to get around the border fence sticking out into the sea, were not such desperate refugees, however. Video footage indicates that virtually none of them were carrying bags or other personal belongings. There are also videos showing truckloads of young men, apparently organized by the Moroccan government, being ferried to the edge of Ceuta, as well as scenes of Moroccan border guards waving them through. It even appears that Moroccan intelligence agents were among the crowd in an apparent effort to get a better sense of border security and the Spanish response. Indeed, having tens of thousands of people simultaneously appear at the frontier undoubtedly required major logistical support.

This provocation appears to have been designed by the Moroccan regime to embarrass Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez in response to his efforts to warm relations with Morocco’s longtime geopolitical rival Algeria, a key supplier of natural gas made scarce as a result of the Ukraine and Iran wars and whose president he met with the previous week. The Moroccans orchestrated a similar cross-border influx in 2021 in retaliation for Spain’s allowing Western Sahara President Brahim Ghali, whose nation Morocco claims for itself, into the country for medical treatment.

An article at the Byline Times also takes the same tack:

It was immediately branded as a “migrant invasion” and roused the far-right on both sides of the Atlantic – but as the dust settled on the curious influx of more than 50,000 people to the border of Spain’s North African territory of Ceuta last week, some believe the incident actually shows all the hallmarks of a planned incursion, designed to put pressure on Pedro Sanchez’s socialist Government in Madrid.

That’s the conclusion of Stephen Zunes, a professor of politics and director of Middle Eastern Studies at the University of San Francisco, who told the Byline Times Podcast, “Some of them were indeed migrants, but whatever their status, it was clearly facilitated by the Moroccan regime. There are videos of lorry loads of young men being trucked to the border. You don’t get 50,000 people simultaneously arriving in a corner of Morocco without a fair amount of logistical support, and the Moroccan police, who usually guard the border, essentially threw the gates open. This seems very much a political effort to undermine and embarrass Sanchez and to divide Europe.”

Professor Zunes pointed to a similar incident in 2021 when Brahim Ghali, the President of Western Sahara – over which Morocco claims sovereignty – flew to Spain for medical treatment. Morocco responded by allowing almost 10,000 people into Ceuta and the neighbouring Spanish enclave of Melilla. “It was a shot across the bow,” he said – and one which yielded results. “Morocco has been extracting all sorts of political and economic concessions from the Spaniards, including getting Sanchez to break with nearly 50 years of Spanish policy by coming out against the idea of a referendum on self-determination for the people of Western Sahara.”

The latest ‘provocation’ appears to have been Sanchez’s effort to improve relations with Morocco’s neighbour and rival Algeria, which has become a key source of natural gas to Spain – not least because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and the ongoing paralysis in the Strait of Hormuz. Crucially, Algeria supports the right of the people in the Western Sahara to decide their own fate, including independence. “Western Sahara is recognised as a non-self-governing territory by the United Nations,” Professor Zunes explained. “That is a colony which has the right of self-determination, which which must include the option of independence – something that Morocco has not honoured. Indeed, the United States and Israel are the only two countries that have formally recognised Moroccan sovereignty [over Western Sahara].”

An article at The Conversation, goes into more detail about the issue of the Western Sahara and Morocco's attempts to hold onto the the territory. (See also "The Ceuta Migrant Wave Was a Power Play by Morocco Against Spain" from the National Review).

But while all this explains Morocco's actions, it doesn't explain why Sanchez's government chose to do nothing. In a recent speech, PM Sanchez defended the planned construction of additional migrant facilities in Ceuta, telling the Spanish citizens living there that they must plan on mass immigration through the territory as a new "structural reality".  From the article:

Sánchez argued that Ceuta consequently needs ‘far greater migrant reception capacity’. The city of around 84,000 residents had little more than 1,000 reception places before the invasion, while reports that the reception centre was operating at more than 300 per cent of capacity emerged days after the border breaches. Madrid has since activated more than 3,500 places and plans to increase capacity to 6,000 while illegal migrants are being processed.

Important reminder: Sánchez claimed days after the mass invasion that the situation was under control and that most of the migrants had been returned. More than a month has since passed, and the government is expanding capacity to 6,000 while thousands more remain unidentified, wandering around and causing chaos in the enclave.

Sánchez also rejected describing those who crossed as invaders. ‘We are not talking about invaders,’ he said, but mostly about people ‘looking for a better life’ and opportunities unavailable in Morocco. He later said Spain, as Europe’s frontline in Africa, faces ‘a migratory reality that we have to work with’.

One of the key characteristic about liberals is the lack of in-group loyalty for fellow citizens. Thus, I see Sanchez's actions as his attempts to change the demographic makeup of Spain and Europe; and his viewing Ceuta as a means of doing so. This advances other political objectives as migrants have traditionally been more supportive of socialist movements and politicians.

And this inherent "traitor" attitude among liberals and leftists is why PM Sanchez doesn't care that "[m]ore than a month later, Spanish prosecutors say sexual assaults are happening almost every day in Ceuta. Twenty-three rapes or attempted rapes, including nine against children, have been recorded in Ceuta since the mass influx occurred," or that five to ten thousand invaders remain--in fact, as noted above, the Spanish government intends on building shelters for these remaining invaders.

But his actions also advance the interests of the European elites as this piece from the Daily Express discusses:

In Spain, the government of Pedro Sanchez has taken every possible step to undermine Spanish sovereignty. Not only does Sanchez prefer to draw his authority from international institutions rather than the Spanish people, but he has deliberately undermined the very existence of Spain as a sovereign entity. His mass amnesty for illegal migrants, which by some accounts will now number some 2 million people, has called into question the very concept of Spain’s border integrity and the integrity of the Spanish people.

It has also called into question the key elements of the European Union. Not for the first time, countries are openly questioning the wisdom of free movement within the EU. While some European elites are wary of Sanchez’s actions, and recognise how desperately he acts to distract and protect himself from the spiralling allegations of corruption concerning him and his political and personal family, Sanchez is only enacting on a grand scale the practises of globalist elites.

The European institutions have overseen the creation of a vast legal and bureaucratic system which undermines sovereignty and border integrity at every turn. The tangled web of Strasbourg, Luxembourg and national courts has made serious attempts to control the border effectively impossible, and rendered equally unlikely serious attempts to return those who have no right to be in Europe. Let us remember: the most significant EU action in relation to borders was not to defend them, but to penalise financially the Hungarian government which attempted to protect its borders.

Thus, whatever qualities this influx has as an invasion, it is far better understood as a surrender. This collapse of the integrity of Spanish territory is the logical consequence of a political elite who have surrendered any attachment to national sovereignty. Surrendering sovereignty is logically equivalent to the surrender of territory.

AfD Election Win Scares Leftists

From USA Today: "Far-right election win leaves Germany's leader Merz shaken." German Chancellor Friedrich Merz leads the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), a major so-called "conservative" political party in Germany. So why is the Alternative for Germany party considered "far right"? Perhaps I'm missing something, but as best as I can tell, it is because they put Germans and Germany first. Thus, they want to deport illegal aliens and refugees, end support for Ukraine, and patch things up with Russia so Germany can once again enjoy low energy prices. Conversely, Merz hardly sounds conservative with his tax and spend mentality:

Merz, whose own approval ratings have sunk to record lows, faces more state elections in the coming weeks and into next year, though he hopes his mix of reforms and higher spending in some areas will revive growth in Europe's largest economy.

The Brookings Institute delves more into why the AfD cannot be allowed to succeed, noting:

Many of its proposals would be familiar to MAGA voters: segregation or deportation of refugees, abolition of funding for public broadcasters, total overhaul of schools and law enforcement, no more wind farms, rollback of LGBTQ+ rights, rejection of historical guilt, overtures to Russia.

Worst of all, it has condemned the Bauhaus school of design--an early brutalist form of architecture popular in Germany in the 1920s and early '30s. Other strikes against the AfD are that its leaders favor "policies of low taxes, welfare cuts and privatization" and its two main leaders are an economist and a businessman, respectively. In other words, as far as I can tell, the AfD is considered "far right" because it doesn't support communism or communism-lite.

The Conspiracy To Invade Ceuta

From Breitbart: "Bombshell Spanish Police Report Accuses Moroccan Agents of Orchestrating Ceuta Migrant Invasion, Contradicting Sánchez Government." The article relates:

Contrary to the myriad of potential masterminds put forward by the leftist government in Madrid [such as Russia, Israel, or even right-wing groups], the Spanish National Police accused the Muslim Moroccan government of orchestrating the invasion, which the report claims was an operation to undermine Spanish sovereignty over the North African territory, El Mundo reports.

The police dossier claimed to have evidence from the National Centre for Immigration and Borders (CENIF) that uniformed Moroccan gendarmes were on the ground at Castillejos, a town across the border from Ceuta, on the day of the invasion, directing the flow of migrants towards the fence which separates the two countries.

Furthermore, the report said that police are in possession of “graphic evidence” showing plainclothes Moroccan government agents giving instructions to the uniformed gendarmes on where to send the migrants, specifically the sea surrounding the fence.

Why the sea?

This came just weeks after the Spanish Supreme Court ruled that illegals arriving by water could not be pushed back, opening a loophole for the Ceuta territory, where migrants could simply walk into the water on the Moroccan side of the border and technically arrive in Spanish territory a few feet down the coastline by sea.

While most of the 80,000 the Muslim invaders were forced out of Ceuta, there are still 8,000 or more remaining; and, according to Daniel Greenfield, it doesn't appear that those will be leaving anytime soon:

Despite initial promises from the prime minister that all the migrants would be returned, many thousands of the invaders have remained behind. Some sources estimated the number of remaining invaders who have occupied beaches and overrun entire areas at only 8,000, but Spain’s Ministry of Health is sending 45,000 doses of vaccines to deal with the migrant outbreaks including 10,000 polio, chickenpox, and diphtheria-tetanus vaccines and 15,000 MMR vaccines suggesting that the true number may be between 10,000 and 15,000.

What the vaccine regime reveals even more than the numbers is the fact that they’re staying.

The fiction that the migrants will soon go back is falling apart. There would be no need for over 10,000 vaccine doses for the migrants if they were on the verge of being deported back home.

MMR vaccines with the second booster shot operate on a 4-week schedule. The chickenpox vaccine is spread out over 2 months, and the polio and diphtheria-tetanus vaccines operate across 6-12 months. The Spanish government expects thousands, and perhaps even a full ten thousand migrants, to stay for at least a year which means that they will probably never leave.

The new unified command is preparing to seize housing for the migrants for the rest of the year which means that the government expects the occupation to continue until at least then.

Meanwhile, the locals have had to put up with a 1,000% increase in crime. But that is not all:

Prime Minister Sanchez, who famously wrote a New York Times op-ed titled, “I’m the Prime Minister of Spain. This Is Why the West Needs Migrants” to promote his policy of legalizing 500,000 illegal migrants, helping spur the invasion, has been running out the clock by offering meaningless reassurances and delaying any emergency intervention until now.

As Spain’s former head of immigration, Ramón Caudevila from Ceuta, pointed out, under the law “after 31 days from the application date, undocumented immigrants have the right to go to the Spanish mainland.” What that means is that in around a week, thousands of invading Ceuta migrants will enter Spain proper and then all of Europe will lie open before them.

    No wonder they’re getting vaccinated.

Ceuta--The Citizens Strike Back

From the European Conservative: "More Violence In Ceuta: Clashes With Residents, Ambush On Soldiers." After the Spanish government did nothing to stop tens of thousands of invaders bum rush the border of the Spanish enclave, the citizens are fighting back. The article reports:

More than 2,000 Ceuta residents took to the streets again on Wednesday to demand a solution to the crisis that began with the mass entry at the end of July. Some of the demonstrators later broke away from the march and headed towards El Trampolín, the beach where dozens of invaders remain despite previous evictions and the opening of temporary reception facilities.

Once there, they attempted to dismantle part of the encampments themselves. The Police Intervention Unit deployed a large number of officers and riot-control equipment to prevent a direct confrontation between the two groups.

Translation: the Spanish government is aiding and abetting the invaders. The article continues:

The police intervention against residents has added another source of irritation in a city where a growing part of the population accuses the state of enforcing public order only when Ceuta residents themselves decide to take matters into their own hands.

The problem is not a complete absence of police action, but an increasingly reactive response to a crisis that continues to generate new outbreaks of violence.

The most serious incident came at around 5:30 a.m. in Benzú.

According to police sources, a group of between 30 and 40 immigrants surrounded a vehicle carrying four soldiers from the 54th Regulares Group towards a surveillance post and began attacking it with large stones. The soldiers were forced to abandon the vehicle and flee on foot towards Calamocarro while being chased and continuing to come under a barrage of stones. All four were injured.

However that didn't stop some of Ceuta's residents from setting fire to part of an illegal immigrant beach encampment and blocking the Red Cross from resupplying the invaders. Meanwhile, the invaders are acting like ... well ... invaders:

A local woman in Ceuta has described how she and her mother rescued a 12-year-old girl from being raped by five Moroccan illegal migrants, as the confirmed number of sexual assaults has risen to 16 since the mass invasion at the end of July.

(Although another source says it was a 10-year old girl).

Louve Jewel Thieves Hired By "Sponsor"

In a July 14 article, the Robb Report relates: "The Louvre Jewelry Heist’s Suspects Say a ‘Mysterious Sponsor’ Recruited Them." The article begins:

The two prime suspects in the infamous 2025 Louvre jewel heist claimed they were recruited by a “mysterious sponsor,” according to statements made to Paris judicial authorities that were published by Le Monde over the weekend.

Arrested one week after the robbery and indicted on charges of “organized gang robbery,” Abdoulaye N., 40, and Ghelamallah A., 36, remained silent for months in pre-trial detention. In June, however, they appeared before investigating judges and, for the first time, offered an expanded account of the theft of the French Crown Jewels from the museum’s Apollo Gallery. According to the men, they were hired two or three days before the crime by a sponsor whom they do not name. That sponsor is reportedly still sought by police.

The alleged mastermind reportedly sent the pair a video filmed inside the Apollo Gallery, showing the royal jewels on display, along with concise instructions: break the gallery’s windows and retrieve the jewelry from the display cases. Abdoulaye N., a former motocross social media star who, by his own admission, was in desperate need of money, said he was promised between 15,000 and 20,000 euros to break into the Louvre—“maybe more,” depending on the outcome.

There's a lot more, so be sure to read the whole thing. As far as I can find, it appears that a total of 7 people have been arrested in relation to the crime, but the stolen jewelry has not been recovered. As you have probably already deduced, the suspects sort of named in the article are not really French. ABC News indicates that "[o]ne of the suspects has dual citizenship in France and Mali, and the other is a dual citizen of France and Algeria, investigators said, adding that both were already known to police from past burglary cases."
