If my last post was a possible example of disparity of force, this one appears to be the opposite. The article is "Terrifying moment man shoots his neighbor nine times point-blank after heated argument in their front yard turns deadly" from the Daily Mail. The incident occurred in a town in Costa Rica. As the article relates and the embedded video shows, two men--neighbors--got into a heated exchange that escalated to one neighbor throwing some wild punches. The other man--who appears to actually be bigger--steps backward, draws a pistol, and shoots the first man 9 times. In short, what appears to me to be fairly equally matched men where one makes some punches (of little effect) on the other and the second responds with lethal force.
Well, he won't try to slug anyone anymore.
