Building a Shelf System to Rotate Canned Foods

You have probably seen the inclined racks used to rotate your canned foods--you load the cans at the back, and take the cans out the front--so your food storage is first-in, first-out (FIFO). The Survivalist Blog has an article with plans on building such a system yourself, but on casters so you can move it around and more easily get to the back to load the replacements. Check it out.
