On top of the rioters burning the U.S. flag in Los Angeles, coupled with the proud display of flags from Mexico and other central America, we now have to put up with this: On June 14--Flag Day--Leftist groups are planning protests around the country. This year, June 14 also marks the 250th Anniversary of the Army, which is planning a large military parade in Washington, D.C.
The planned protests are being labelled "No Kings" protests, and apparently some 1,500 protests are being planned. According to the "No Kings" web site, the raison d'etre for the protests is: "They’ve defied our courts, deported Americans, disappeared people off the streets, attacked our civil rights, and slashed our services. The corruption has gone too. far. No thrones. No crowns. No kings." Translating from Leftist to normal English, they are upset that the Trump Administration continues to arrest and deport illegal aliens. To the histrionic left, deporting people in the country illegally--particularly if they have committed a heinous crime--is the equivalent of some Latin American dictator snatching political opponents off the street to be executed or imprisoned for decades. This is just another of a long list of bullet points demonstrating that the Left is the antithesis of civilization.
The "No Kings" reference, however, is because June 14 is also Pres. Trump's birthday. Thus, the Leftists are trying to characterize the military parade as not one celebrating the anniversary of the Army, but one intended to celebrate the President's birthday "intimidate opponents and solidify his image as a strongman on our dime". The last point is particularly hypocritical since if the No Kings even is like the LA Riots, it is being funded by tax dollars flowing through NGOs. But face shields and gas masks for the rioters don't come cheap.
- "Someone did a deep dive on who's funding the LA riots ... the answer is the least surprising thing ever"--Not The Bee. NGOs include Coalition for Humane Immigration Rights (CHIRLA), Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL). Of its $45 million in revenue, CHIRLA obtained $34 million from government grants (most probably from California). The PSL is closely related to the ANSWER Coalition, and both receive funding from billionaire Neville Singham, a communist Sri Lankan/Cuban.
- "Some LA migrant protests fueled by taxpayer-funded group with Dem ties — another with CCP link "--New York Post.
- "Who's Paying for the Violent L.A. Protests Against ICE? You Are. And It Gets Worse From There"--PJ Media.
Of course the "No Kings" event will be well organized with training meetings for "Hosts" and "Marshall Training" which will "equip you with essential skills for a smooth and secure mobilization, covering practical tips on crowd management, incident response, and key safety protocols." For the peons, they have training to "prepare you to show up safely and confidently at this nonviolent action. Whether you're marching, rallying, or supporting from the sidelines, you'll learn how to protect yourself, your community, and stand up for your rights." And an after action meeting is planned for Juneteenth to discuss how things went and plan for future action.
It is more than just this one group. For instance, the New York chapter of the ACLU is advertising the event including information on where the protests are planned to start. A website for a group or organization called Mobilize has information on scheduled protests near where you live. For instance, there are two protests listed in my immediate area and four total within 200 miles: all are, of course, in areas that are either heavily Hispanic or home to wealthy liberals.
Keep your head on a swivel. Things are going to get sparky.
ReplyDeleteYou highlight an important point.
ReplyDeleteAll of these leftists and idea's they're throwing around are predicated on things that just aren't so?
Trump attempting to use federal border agents to enforce the laws that are currently on the books, is nothing like a South American Dictator, but you are absolutely spot-on: They are painting it as such with their word-magic spells. They're attempting to re-define the language, just like they did when they redefined "Vaccine" to fit their narrative (since the one they were pushing didn't imbue immunity, as every other vaccine in recorded history has done). This too, will be re-defined until it is useful for their agenda.
... and that's the part that bemuses and confuses me. I don't know why we have to have arguments with these people when simply cracking open a copy of the Oxford English Dictionary eliminates the debate?!
As is being discussed elsewhere these days however, The People are done, fed up, not doing it this time. I'd like to see them try to block a few freeways. Funny innit, they choosing a Saturday to do it. Try that on a busy roadway on Friday around 430 PM just outside the big industrial complex outside of town. Get some of that glue the German kids used. It'll be a hoot, I assure you!
