Heh: "Gun Grab Failure: New Zealand Officials Begging Gangs to Turn In Their Guns"
Article at The Truth About Guns. The gangs, as would be expected, are not complying with the New Zealand law requiring that "assault weapons" be given up to police. This reminds me of something I've heard before. What was it? Oh, yeah. "If guns are outlawed, then only outlaws will have guns!"
