North Korea Capable of Targeting China With Nuclear Missiles

That isn't the actual Daily Mail headline, which is, instead: "North Korea is capable of launching medium-range nuclear missiles with a range of 1,250 miles that could strike Taiwan and parts of Russia, warn Seoul officials." And North Korea doesn't need that long range of a missile to target South Korea.
