"Beloved teacher murdered by home intruder — while she begged 911 dispatchers for help," reports the New York Post. There is a reason the oft used advertising slogan "to protect and serve" is in quotes when put on a police cars. From the article:
A beloved North Carolina science teacher was killed by a career criminal home intruder while she was on the phone with 911, begging for help.
Zoe Welsh, a teacher of 20 years, was found with life-threatening injuries after police were called to a burglary at her Raleigh, NC, home early Saturday, police said in a statement.
Welsh phoned 911 to report an intruder was in her house and, while she was on the phone with dispatchers, her attacker began to assault her, police said.
The mom was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she died from her injuries.
The article also relates that the murderer, Ryan Camacho, is yet another violent career criminal who was only on the street because a liberal, bleeding heart judge cut him loose.
Welsh would have been better off if she'd owned a firearm. She'd be alive. When someone advocates for gun control, they are advocating for people like Welsh to be murdered. Remember that.
Someone should write a song about that.
ReplyDeleteIs this a shameless plug for your song, "Seconds Count"?
Delete(in Bugs Bunny voice) "Could be."
DeleteThat happened in a pretty nice, but very liberal, part of Raleigh. It's not in the hood. It's a failure of the Wake county justice system to put this guy in prison for a lengthy term even though they've had the chance to do that multiple times.
ReplyDeleteThis used to be a very conservative state, but the influx of communists from up North and California has changed the complexion of North Carolina and not for the good. There's a lot of commercial opportunity, but the very fabric that made North Carolina a wonderful place in the past is not existent anymore in the larger cities who are all run by liberals from out of state.
