Breitbart reports that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has stayed the permanent injunction issued against California's ammo control while the state appeals the decision. This means that the ammo restrictions, which require a background check to purchase ammo, can go into effect.
Well, that was quick. And predictable.
