Ham Radio for the Apartment Dweller
The Apartment Prepper's Blog has an article on getting started into Ham radio for the apartment dweller. The information would also be useful for the average suburbanite on a small (or smallish) lot and because of money, CC&Rs, or zoning, unable to put up a large antenna.
