There is a lot of good stuff as always, but a few of the things that caught my eye was a couple videos on the alleged design defects with the Sig P320. Not the issue when it first came out of going off if struck on the back of the slide, but it going off while in holster. One of the videos discusses a lawsuit against Sig, including a list of such incidents, while the other discusses the design defect and why such unintended discharges can occur.
Another item that caught my attention was an article, from which Jon excerpts, on why the cover versus concealment paradigm is flawed. Basically, reviewing civilian gun fights, it appears that shooters almost never shoot through concealment. I don’t think the answer is to treat concealment as cover, but to be cognizant of this fact both in how you react to fire, and how you direct your own fire should things go south for you.
Finally, pay close attention to Jon’s lesson he learned from attending a piano recital.
