Diversity is Our Strength--Recent Immigration and Diversity News

The births of white babies outnumbered those of minorities by a hair, according to new U.S. Census Bureau data that also showed that the most common age for whites is 58 versus 11 for Hispanics.
The latest census data, covering up to 2013, showed that there were 2,943 more white babies born than minorities out of a total of 3,942,783.
Yesterday the Department of Justice announced the indictment of two Somalian refugees after they attempted to join ISIS in the Sinai Peninsula.
According to the indictment the two men, Ahmed Mahad Mohamed and Abdi Yemani Hussein, started hitting the gym in order to get stronger so they could easily perform beheadings.
A man accused of killing an eight-year-old boy by pushing him under a train in Frankfurt was featured in a campaign to promote successful integration.
Habte Araya, 40, originally from Eritrea [a nation located in the Horn of Africa] but living in Switzerland, was arrested after he allegedly shoved the child and his mother, 40, onto the tracks of platform seven at Frankfurt Central Station.
The father-of-three is also accused of pushing another woman, 78, who managed to stop herself from falling in front of the incoming ICE train.
He then fled the scene, but was stopped by other passengers who held him until he was arrested.
In 2017, Araya was pictured in an advertising brochure from the Swiss Workers Relief Agency and quoted as saying he liked ‘almost everything about Switzerland’.
An 18-year-old Afghan migrant is not at risk of deportation despite being found guilty of sexually assaulting three people, including a 14-year-old girl.
The Afghan teen was found guilty of the assaults earlier this week in the Criminal Court of Fontainebleau after being arrested only days earlier for the sex attacks that took place over a four day period in June, La Republique de Seine et Marne reports.
The attacks took place between the 16th and 19th of June in the park of the Château de Fontainebleau and saw the Afghan asylum seeker rushing towards his female victims and demanding sexual favours in broken English and French while groping them sexually.
Turkey has threatened to re-open the floodgates of mass migration to Europe unless Turkish nationals are granted visa-free travel to the European Union. The EU agreed to visa liberalization in a March 2016 EU-Turkey migrant deal in which Ankara pledged to stem the flow of migrants to Europe.
European officials insist that while Turkey has reduced the flow of migrants, it has not yet met all of the requirements for visa liberalization. Moreover, EU foreign ministers on July 15 decided to halt high-level talks with Ankara as part of sanctions over Turkish oil and gas drilling off the coast of Cyprus.
In an interview with Turkish television channel TGRT Haber on July 22, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Çavuşoğlu said that Turkey was backing out of the migrant deal because the EU had failed to honor its pledge to grant Turkish passport holders visa-free access to 26 European countries. "We have suspended the readmission agreement," he said. "We will not wait at the EU's door."
As we previously highlighted, Jessica Yaniv, who was born a man, has filed complaints with the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal against fifteen female aestheticians for their refusal to wax her male genitalia.
It later emerged that Yaniv promoted a topless “youth all bodies swim” event at the Al Anderson Memorial Pool in Langley, British Columbia for girls as young as 12. The promotional material for the event states, “Parents and/or caregivers are not permitted in the event.”
Now Yaniv is bragging that her complaints led to the closure of a cosmetics store called Merle Norman, which is located in a Langley shopping mall.
                                  • They are, indeed, looking for their queen: "So, about that Thor idea"--Vox Popoli. You may already know that the next Thor movie will feature a female Thor and a black, lesbian "king" of Asgard looking for her "queen." Now word has leaked that the producers of the film are looking for a “transwoman actress of any ethnicity in her 20s to 30s” to play another of the characters in the movie.
