Ellifritz: "Active Killer Ambush Tactics for Unarmed Defenders"

What an active shooter looks like after being stopped by unarmed victims
Greg Ellifritz has posted a new article on tactics for resisting an active shooter when you (and those around you) are unarmed.

Ellifritz focuses on the 2015 terrorist attack on a train traveling between Amsterdam and Paris that was thwarted by four of the train passengers. There are others, the most recent being the August 10, 2019, attack on a Mosque in Norway. The would-be shooter in that case, Philip Manshaus (21), was overpowered by a 65 year old man, despite being armed with two shotguns and a handgun.

Ellfritz suggests trying to set up an ambush, such as around a blind corner, in an area that the shooter will have to traverse, and to enlist some help if available. He has several tips and suggestions, so read the whole thing.
