The Daily Mail reports on a black woman (Bionca Ellis) who inexplicably bought a kitchen knife, followed a white mother and son (Margot Wood and her son Julian, whom she didn't know) around a store and out into the parking lot where the black woman launched a vicious stabbing attack, killing the 3-year old son. The incident was in North Olmstead near Cleveland, Ohio.
Although police have no motive, it is notable that this appears to be another example of a death due to soft-on-crime attitudes in our judicial system. Per the article:
Ellis was arrested just days earlier on May 30 when police investigating an unrelated incident at a Walmart detained her on a parole violation,
But she was released hours later and on Monday morning she Ellis went to the North Olmsted Police Department to discuss her arrest.
She should never see daylight again, but all it takes one juror with a racial bias for her and . . .
