A Monday Medley of Videos (9/16/2019)

This video looks at the earlier and smaller I-frame revolvers, before moving to the slightly larger J-frame so well known today. But the narrator also discusses how changes in gun fighting philosophy resulted in design changes over the years as well.

The British government is convinced that a German invasion is imminent.

"Stepping Into A Third Party Encounter Can Be A Risky Undertaking"--Active Self Protection (5 min.). An old man intervenes in a fight between a younger, bigger man and his ex-girlfriend. The old man was lucky because the younger man did not appear to be really intent on taking the fight to the old man, and the ex-girlfriend stayed out of it--it is not uncommon for a girl friend or wife in a domestic case to attack their "rescuer".

On the scale of hundreds of millions of light years, and despite the universe expanding, galactic clusters and super-clusters appear to be drawn to a couple locations, and seemingly repelled by another location in the universe.

"Degeneracy"--Paul Joseph Watson (17 min.)
Degeneracy is rampant in the West, making Watson wonder what, exactly, have conservatives actually conserved? But it is all good so long as the GDP continues to expand (sarc.).

Using Frank Herbert's novel, The God Emperor of Dune, to explain the current state of the West. Frankly, I think Anonymous Conservative's r/K theory to be a better explanation, but this is still an interesting video to watch and then consider in the context of r/K.

"Babylon: A History of the City"--History with Cy (14 min.)
