The first video below demonstrates how to apply (on another person) the CAT, SOFTT, and RATS tourniquets.The second video demonstrates how to apply compression bandages, such as the Israeli bandage or similar, to areas of the body to which you can't apply a tourniquet, such as the neck, high on the arm or shoulder, or in the groin area.
