ATF Bans Mil-Surplus 5.45

The Firearm Blog reports that the ATF has officially banned the importation of 5.45x39mm steel-cored ammunition (essentially, the mil-surplus stuff you would buy in the spam cans). Here is a link to the ATF's notice.
