Using a Bread Bucket

This month's Backwoods Home Magazine has an article on using a bread bucket--essentially a large metal bucket to which you can attach a bread hook and a crank handle. The author indicates that all steps of preparing the dough--mixing, rising, kneading--can be done in the bucket. She also includes her favorite recipe for homemade bread using the bucket.
