I had a post not too long ago about getting out of ambushes when in a car and one of the videos mentioned backing away from a road block and then executing a J-turn to finish the get away. The producer of this video shows how that is done. He also refers to the J-turn as a "Rockford" because it was a popular stunt in an old television detective show called "The Rockford Files".
