The video below is from Joel Richardson. He discusses the term "sorcery" used in the English Bible, which (at least in the Book of Revelation) is translated from the Greek "pharmakeia"--the root of our words pharmacy and pharmaceutical. The first part of video is his explaining why this should not be read as a blanket condemnation of medications or the pharmaceutical industry, but discussing in a more spiritual sense what is "sorcery". But that isn't to say that "sorcery" is divorced from the use of drugs; rather, as he explains, sorcery in the last days is tied closely to using drugs for both manipulative purposes and to alter emotions and consciousness to provide a false spirituality. The video is long so if you are pressed for time, I would suggest start watching at the 1 hour mark as that is where he gives a real world example of drugs as "sorcery".
