A few days ago, WRSA had linked to an American Partisan post offering the free download of a book from the Joint Special Operations University called, The Death of the Golden Hour and the Return of the Future Guerrilla Hospital. American Partisan suggested it as a good companion book to the "Where There Is No Doctor" series from the Hesperian Foundation. I, however, was not able to get the download link to work. But I found another link for The Death of the Golden Hour book here. Enjoy!
