John Wilder's latest piece takes a look at the inevitable Balkanization of Western nations due to mass immigration. As he notes, the most fecund peoples currently are in sub-Saharan Africa, Pakistan, Afghanistan and, until very recently, India. They are also the most mentally challenged people in the world. And they will be coming to a country near you.
