Judge Orders White House To Disperse $11.5 Billion In Foreign Aid

U.S. District Judge Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali "has declared President Donald Trump’s move to cancel billions of dollars in foreign aid without approval from Congress to be illegal" and ordered the Administration to disperse $11.5 billion in foreign aid by the end of the month. Ali has previously stymied attempts by the Trump Administration to eliminate fraud and waste.
