• "Massachusetts high court strikes down switchblade ban"--Reuters. The state had argued that knives were not "arms" under the Second Amendment. A unanimous Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court disagreed noting that that knives can be used by someone for offensive or defensive purposes during a confrontation.
