Wilder: Updated Civil War 2.0 Weather Report

Link here. He's keeping it at 8 ("Opposing sides develop governing/war structures.  Just in case.") for now, but was close to moving it to 9 ("Common violence that is generally deemed by governmental authorities as justified based on ideology."). Be sure to read the whole thing.

      I think you made the right call since the protests seem to have eased up (or they have stopped reporting it in the national media).
