Even Adolescents Can Be Deadly

I had mentioned in my recent "Quick Run Around The Web" post about the murder of Tessa Majors in New York City. She was a college freshman that was attacked by a group of muggers and stabbed to death. Police have finally caught a suspect: a 13-year-old boy, who admitted to committing the murder with two of his friends.
