John Wilder has a new Civil War 2.0 Weather Report up. His comments this month is explaining what type of conflict we find ourselves in right now: Stochastic Warfare. The type he is talking about is where an attack isn't open and direct, but where the enemy simply acts to increase your chance of death by acts such as "[r]eleasing violent criminals, placing incompetent people in lifesaving medical roles, allowing public infrastructure to decay to dangerous levels, importing fighting age men that hate you," importing people to take your jobs and steal our tax dollars, etc. Be sure to read the whole thing.
