Some Basic Self Defense Videos

The Urban Survivalist has linked to a few self defense videos (from BJJ online) that he thinks are useful for basic self-defense. These all have to do with ground fighting. You should avoid getting into a ground fight--there are lots of nasty stuff on the ground to cut and gouge you, and it will probably turn into the guy on top bashing the other guy's head into the concrete. Also, if your attacker has buddies, they are just going to start kicking and stomping on you. However, if you have to go to the ground, these look like a few useful techniques.
