This is from a series of videos by the author of the book "Committed with the Uncommon: Tales of True Crimes and Strange Weapons" where he highlights a certain weapon and describes a couple, few criminal cases involving that type of weapon. In this case, the weapon is the sword cane. (BTW, this guy has a couple other books he has written on weapons including "Saps, Blackjacks and Slungshots: A History of Forgotten Weapons").
