John Wilder's latest, "Chud The Builder And Two-Tiered Justice In America," discusses the difference in how the law is applied against white men versus everyone else. The basics of the protection racket--er, social contract--with the government is this: we pay taxes and they protect us. The question you have to ask is whether the government is upholding its side of the bargain. It probably depends on where you live. But if you live in major blue cities, the government probably has reneged on the basic social contract.
A "two-tiered legal system" of the kind enacted by the left in the U.S. goes by another name, apartheid. The communists in the U.S. who form the hard left of the Democrat Party (a faction which increasingly dominates the party as a whole), have long sought to impose a sort of "reverse apartheid" on whites in the U.S. Their motive being that the alleged racial sins of the past demands such measures today. Apartheid was in South Africa, not the USA - but that matters not to these fanatics. A legal system which privileges other ethnic/racial/identity groups over whites is one such manifestation of their agenda.
ReplyDeleteIt goes without saying that such a system makes a mockery of the very idea of equality under the law, i.e., that all will be treated in the same manner and judged according to the same standards. A two-tiered system shows that we are no longer a "nation of laws," but a "nation of men" who say what the law means. It was a communist, after all - Lavrentia Beria, the dreaded former head of the NKVD-KGB - who said, "Show me the man and I will show you the crime..."
This is what Leftists call "anti-Colonialism".
