From the Daily Mail: "Explore every building in the WORLD: Incredible map charts 2.75 billion structures in 3D - including your home." Not the inside, I would guess, but just the exterior. Still, it could be useful in getting to know what is your neighborhood and environs. The article describes how the database was put together and some of the features.
