"Machete-armed man with Palestinian flag wounds 31 in Germany with arson, ramming attacks"--The Jerusalem Post. A Syrian national already known to law enforcement according to the article. The article also adds:

Recently, Germany arrested [another] Syrian national for planning a machete attack on soldiers. The accused obtained two machetes, each approximately 40 cm (15.75 inches) long. He planned to attack Bundeswehr soldiers in Hof who were spending their lunch break there and kill as many of them as possible, according to a prosecutor’s statement.

In August, an ISIS-affiliated Syrian asylum seeker killed three people and wounded eight in a knife attack on Germany's Solingen.

The vaccine is strongly recommended for men or transgender individuals who have sex with men or other transgender individuals, as well as anyone involved in “commercial and/or transactional sex.” It’s also encouraged for people who engage in sexual or intimate physical contact at large public events, those living with HIV, and the sexual partners of individuals in any of these groups.
